⏰ BUSINESS HOURS & RESPONSE TIMES
We’re a small family team (not robots 🫠), so we don’t run 24/7. Our usual hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (Arizona time).
We do our best to reply within 1–2 business days — often faster if we’re not buried under boxes. If you reach out on a weekend or holiday, we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re back in action.
🗓️ PREORDERS – HOW THEY WORK
When you preorder an item, you’re snagging a style we’ve already ordered but hasn’t landed in our warehouse yet. We mark preorder listings with PREORDER at the end of the product title, and the description always includes a note like:
Preorder Note: This style is expected to arrive in late July – early August. After purchase, you’ll be notified of any changes/updates via email.
- Lock It In – Buying early secures your size before it sells out.
- Pay Now, Wait a Bit – Your card is charged at checkout (we get paid, your spot is reserved).
- We’ll Keep You Posted – If the arrival date shifts, we’ll email you and update the listing note.
- Change of Heart? – Preorders are fully refundable before the item hits our warehouse. Email hello@shopxoxoklowe.com with your order # and reason for cancellation.
Once the item arrives, it ships out just like any in-stock style — straight from us to you.
🚚 SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
Q: What’s your shipping cost?
We keep it cute and simple: flat rate shipping is just $6.99 anywhere in the U.S.
Want it faster? There’s an option to upgrade to priority shipping at checkout—just in case you're on a "need it now" kinda timeline.
Q: How do I know if my item qualifies for priority shipping?
So here’s the tea: our checkout can’t tell the difference between what ships from our warehouse and what comes from one of our U.S.-based brand partners.
That means the option to upgrade is always displayed—even if your item isn’t eligible.
If you choose it and your item doesn’t qualify, we’ll still ship it fast using our standard method—and you won’t be overcharged for a speed boost we can’t give. ✌️
Q: When will my order ship?
If it’s in our warehouse, we typically ship it within 1 business day (or 2 if we’re slammed and running on caffeine & vibes).
Items coming from our partner brands may take a few extra days to process. Either way, you’ll get tracking once it’s headed your way.
Q: Why did my order come in two packages?
Because style can come from more than one place 😘
Your items may ship separately depending on where they're stocked. We’ll send you tracking for each shipment so you’re always in the loop.
🔄 RETURNS & ISSUES
Q: What’s your return policy?
We get it—sometimes it just doesn’t work out. You’ve got 14 days from purchase to send it back for store credit.
Returns must be unworn, unwashed, tags still on, and in original condition (aka: try it on, don’t take it on a date).

Q: Can I return something that doesn’t fit or if I changed my mind?
Yep, as long as it’s within the 14-day window and fits our return criteria.
We don’t do refunds, but you’ll get store credit that never expires—aka your next fave might be just a scroll away.
Q: What if my item is damaged, defective, or just plain wrong?
Yikes—we hate that for you. Please check your order ASAP and contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery if something’s off.

Q: How do your clothes fit?
Most of our styles lean into that relaxed, slightly oversized vibe—it’s part of our boho roots and we’re not mad about it.
But yes, we carry true-to-size options too. Whether it’s flowy or fitted, we always spill the details in the Features section of each listing.
Q: How do I pick the right size?
We include full measurements in every product description to help you choose the best fit.
Compare those numbers to something you already love—or hit us up and we’ll help guide you. Easy peasy.
Q: What size is the model wearing?
If the brand tells us, we tell you. If it’s missing, it just means the supplier didn’t share. (We’re not gatekeeping anything—we promise.)
Q: Is the fabric soft? Will I sweat to death in it?
We only describe fabric feel or breathability when we can verify it directly from the supplier.
If the listing doesn’t say, it just means we don’t want to guess. But if you have questions—ask away. We’re happy to give you the scoop if we’ve got it.
💌 OTHER STUFF
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not yet, but our packaging is always clean, safe, and presentable. Think “minimalist chic with protective vibes.”
Q: Can I pay for my order in installments?
Yes! At checkout, you can choose Shop Pay Installments to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments or monthly installments (depending on your total). This service is powered by Affirm, so on your bank or card statement you might see something like:
RECURRING PAYMENT – SP AFF * XOXOKLOWE LLC
If you choose installments, your first payment is due at checkout. The remaining payments are automatically billed to your card on the schedule you select — you don’t need to do a thing. You’ll see each payment appear as a recurring charge until your balance is paid in full.
💡 Heads-up: Shop Pay Installments is handled entirely by Affirm. Once your order is placed, all future payments go directly to them — we can’t adjust payment dates or amounts on our end.
