We hope you love everything you receive from us but sometimes things just do not work out. We understand so we are happy to offer returns. Please see our return policy below. Please read the Policy in its entirety. We are not responsible for items returned incorrectly. 

Please Note:

  • We cannot adjust the price of items after an order was placed. This includes adding a discount code.
  • We cannot make any changes to the contents of your order once it has been placed.
  • We can remove an item as long as the order has not been fulfilled.
  • Please contact us at hello@shopxoxoklowe.com if you need to change your order. We will do our best to assist you.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled, modified or changed after checkout.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer automatic exchanges, as we can’t guarantee that the item or size you want will be in stock when your return arrives.
  • However, if you’d like to request an exchange, reach out before sending your return—we’ll do our best to accommodate. If approved, we’ll hold the new item and ship it once your original is received and inspected. A flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 will apply to all exchanges.
  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds:

  • We do not offer refunds. We offer store credit which can be found by logging into your customer account by clicking here.

Returns:

  • We kindly ask that you hang on to the original pink poly mailer your order arrived in—it’s fully reusable for returns. Just reseal and drop it in—no need for a new box or bulky packaging.

  • If the mailer’s been discarded, we encourage you to use similar lightweight packaging if possible. It helps keep shipping costs down, protects your item in transit, and supports our commitment to efficient, eco-conscious operations.

  • We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.  

  • Returns must be delivered to us within 30 calendar days of date the item(s) were delivered to you. Any returns received after 30 calendar days will be refused and sent back to you, the buyer, at your cost.
  • You, the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping fees. We do not provide return shipping labels. We highly recommend you add tracking and/or insurance as we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen return packages.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it/them, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original manufacturers packaging showing the style/sku number, color and other identifying information. 

  • The item(s) must be free of fragrance, body odor, smoke, pet hair, deodorant stains, blemishes and other marks indicating signs of use/wear. If your return does not meet this criteria, it will be refused and returned to you, the buyer, at your cost. We reserve the right to no longer accept returns from you, the buyer, if you attempted to return an item(s) not adhering to this policy point.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. The shoe box is considered part of the original product condition. Please place shoes in the original shoe box then put the shoes/shoe box in a separate mailer or box to protect it during shipping/transit. The return will be refused if the shoe box is damaged, taped or broken and/or does not contain the actual shoes being returned or the wrong pair of shoes.
  • To start a return, use the self serve return portal which can be found in your customer account by clicking here. You can also reply to your order confirmation email.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • If your return is accepted, we will issue you a store credit minus any discounts received and the original shipping charges within 10 business days. We do not credit shipping charges. Your store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. Please keep your email address updated to ensure receipt. 

Defects and Damages

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

  • Our team manually measures each style as it’s received. We include highly detailed product listings including but not limited to size charts, product measurements, sizing guidelines, and model info. Please understand that sizing varies between brands, manufacturers and product batch runs. We do our best to ensure our listings are accurate and individually specific to each product but we are measuring by hand so variances do occur. These variances are not considered defects and therefore, are not eligible for a damage/defect return. 

  • Each item is photographed to depict its true color and pattern. We diligently try to capture a products unique characteristics but the exact color/pattern may vary due to but not limited to the following: indoor/outdoor lighting, garment dye batches used in manufacturing, speciality washes including but not limited to mineral or vintage, fabric print and how its cut and sewn, and computer and mobile screens and resolutions.  These variances are not considered defects and therefore, are not eligible for a damage/defect return.

  • Defective/Damaged Items sent back to us without first following the above steps will not be accepted.
  • If you contact after the 3 calendar day period, your item will not qualify for an exchange, return or replacement.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. The following is a list of such items.

  • Perishable goods including but not limited to food, flowers or plants
  • Custom products including but not limited to requests to special order an item we currently do not carry or are out of stock of and have no plans to restock; monogrammed or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids including perfume and home fragrance or gases. 

  • Personal Care goods including but not limited to beauty products and tools, cosmetics, make up, skincare, perfume and fragrance, hair care products, tools and brushes.
  • ,All Jewelry, Hair Accessories and Hats.
  • Swimwear and intimates
  • Any item purchased with a 25% off or more discount code. These items are considered Final Sale. 
  • Any item found in the Sale Section of the website or individual items marked as sale.
  • Gift Cards
  • If you return a product to us that is defined as an Exception/Non-Returnable as explained above,  it will refused. Our customer service team will email you that the return has been denied and you will be given the option to have your item(s) returned to at your cost or donated to charity.
